Real Weddings: Lauren + Hayden

We loved how the Bride and Groom focused on meaningful moments and important things to them throughout the whole wedding planning process and the managed to keep it about their love and deep relationships with family and friends. Their ceremony involved many of their talented friends who sang in the ceremony, even the groom who is a worship leader in Dallas, TX; sang a special song to his bride. Lauren is the daughter of Kansas University head basketball coach, Bill Self, so she wanted to honor the KU basketball tradition of tossing confetti newspaper in the air as they exited the church.

At their Arvest Bank Theatre at the Midland reception, a myriad of food stations provided a wonderful atmosphere for the guests to move around the historic theatre and mingle throughout the evening.  Musivo Live kept the dance floor packed all night  and entertained Hayden joining the band for a number or two! Guests were pleased to pick their favorite flavors from the gourmet popcorn bar perfect for a theatre and was certainly the hit of the evening. We truly enjoyed working with Lauren and Hayden’s family and friends and helping to execute the wedding of their dreams!
