Paulina is a born and raised California girl that moved to Kansas City in high school. She attended Northwest Missouri State University for two years, then graduated from the University of Missouri in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Textile and Apparel Management with emphasized studies in Business. On October 28th, 2017, Paulina married her high school sweetheart at The Grand Hall at Power & Light. While planning her own wedding (with the help of Simple Elegance), Paulina realized her love for the industry and was lucky enough to join the SE Team in January 2018 where she quickly became a full time wedding planner.

Paulina has a true passion for wedding planning and her meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the event is flawlessly executed. Paulina’s favorite wedding day moments are: first looks, being the bride’s voice on her wedding day so it’s as stress-free as possible and helping a couple’s vision come to life. With her refreshing approach, she continues to exceed expectations and leaves an indelible mark on the hearts of couples and guests alike.

Paulina resides in North Kansas City with her husband and their precious daughter, Nora. She loves long leisure walks in the suburbs, venturing to a new city each year and spending as much time with family as she can. Her favorite KC restaurants are Billie’s Grocery, French Market and Westside Local.
