Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Emmy graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Science and an emphasis in Business and Event Planning. Throughout her college experience, Emmy loved leading events for her sorority and on campus. Outside of Simple Elegance, her passions are traveling on mission trips and working with children. 

Emmy joined the Simple Elegance team in 2022 as an assistant and immediately loved working with such amazing planners. Emmy works full-time as a planner and executive assistant for the SE company. With her organization, adaptability, quick thinking, and great communication, she loves to make your wedding the most flawless and joyful day. 

Emmy enjoys planning the behind the scenes of the wedding day that make every moment flow perfectly into the next to allow the couple to live in and enjoy the moment with their family and friends. She loves seeing the excitement and relief of the newly married couple after waiting and planning for the day of their dreams.
