Our complete Planning Process

Full service wedding planning offers a comprehensive approach to planning a couple’s wedding, providing expert guidance, creative input, and logistical support from the beginning to the end of the process. It allows the couple to focus on enjoying their special day while leaving the intricate details in the hands of a professional.

For the couples who want expertise, creativity and a professional to guide them through the entire planning process. We will focus on the design, decor, recommend the vendor team and plan all the logistics so you and your guests can enjoy a day you won’t soon forget!

One-hour complimentary consultation

Ongoing access to your Simple Elegance Wedding Planner for professional advice with unlimited consultation via email and phone during their business hours.

Google Drive with templates, planning timeline, event documents and tips for the couple to access during the planning process.

Establish personalized ideas through SE’s Wedding Design Questionnaire.

Aide in ceremony and reception venue selection.

Recommend vendor team based on aesthetics, budget, guest experience and couples’ priorities.

Wedding Design Collaboration with florist, stationery and rental vendors to discuss wedding style and personalization.

Develop and prioritize wedding investment.

Check-in meetings with the client based on the wedding day and planning timeline.

Bestow etiquette expertise and sensitivity to relationships.

Schedule and attend select vendor appointments based on the client’s needs.

Review and manage vendor proposals and contracts.

 

 

Communicate consistently with vendors throughout the planning process regarding timelines, design to delivery, set-up, wedding day direction, special instructions, deposits and final payments.

Advise ceremony processional and music selections for the ceremony.

Plan & coordinate reception flow from floor plan, menu, bar packages and entertainment scheduled throughout the event.

Distribute client- approved timeline to the vendor team.

Create the wedding party newsletter with the wedding weekend itinerary to be emailed to the wedding party and family.

Suggest activities and recommend hotels and transportation for out-of-town guests.

Recommend rehearsal dinner venues.

Wedding Day Direction with SE Lead Planner and one assistant. (12 hours on the wedding day)

We charge a flat fee for Full Service. 

*There may be additional fees based on rental orders, vendor management and additional hours needed on the wedding day and staffing needs. 

Inquire for availability and investment. 

*Exclusivity of the SE Wedding Planner for the entire weekend with assistance in planning and executing Welcome Party, Rehearsal Dinner and Post Wedding Brunch is available for an additional investment.

FINAL STEPS

Our Partial Planning Process

Partial wedding planning services are designed for couples who have already started the wedding planning process but would like professional assistance with certain aspects or need guidance to bring their vision to life. This service is a middle ground between full-service wedding planning and day-of coordination, offering support for the final steps of the wedding planning process.

Final Steps starts 3 and 1/2 months before the wedding.
One-hour complimentary consultation
Google Drive Portal with approved SE vendor recommendations categorized by investment, event documents, templates, tips and helpful organization tools for the couple to access from the time of booking the Final Steps Service.
*If a client wishes to have the SE planner recommend vendors from our list that would be best for them, a Zoom one hour meeting may be added to review and curate the list for them. Additional investment: $200.00.

Communication is available via phone, email, during the 3 1/2-month contract timeline during business hours and by appointment. Zooms may also be set for meetings if needed.

After each meeting, meeting notes will be sent and placed in the Drive with a task list for the client and the planner to work on to complete for the next meeting.

Communicate consistently with vendors to confirm timelines, delivery, set-up, and any special instructions for the wedding day direction.

Wedding Day Direction with SE Lead Planner and one assistant.
(11 hours on the wedding day).

4 meetings with clients each starting 3 1/2 months prior to the wedding, one will be at the final venue walk through.

1st meeting

Vendor Review, Timeline Creation and walk through the SE planning checklist.
One and ½ hours.

2nd meeting

Floral, Banquet Order, Floorplan Review. Discuss Wedding Day Paper, timeline edits and walk through the SE planning checklist to ensure planning details are on track.
One and ½ hours.

3rd meeting

Final walk through at the venue to finalize the reception details. Discuss wedding party and family activities and time for the wedding weekend to prepare the wedding party newsletter.
Two Hours.

4th meeting

Final meeting. Timeline review and confirmation of vendor services. Review the SE planning checklist for the last time to ensure all details are confirmed and ready for wedding day direction.

Wedding Day Event Management & Direction

Our day-of Process

Event management services focus specifically on overseeing the logistics and execution of the wedding day itself. While the couple handles the majority of the wedding planning leading up to the event, we step in 8 weeks before the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day.

For the couples who have enjoyed planning their wedding and just want to enjoy their day. We will step in during the final weeks of planning to manage the last minute details and execute the wedding day you have been working so hard on.  We even have a secret formula on how we wrap up the final weeks!

2 Meetings plus the final venue walk through with the client starting 8 weeks before the wedding. 

1ST MEETING

Vendor Review, Timeline Creation and walk through the SE planning checklist. Two Hours.  Final Venue Walk Through Meeting: One Hour.

2nd meeting

Final Meeting. Timeline review and confirmation of vendor services. Review of the SE planning checklist and final documents in terms of wedding items details, processional order, seating chart and final floor plan to ensure all details are confirmed and ready for wedding day direction. One and 1/2 Hours

Optional

*If a client wishes to have the SE planner recommend vendors from our list that would be best for them, a Zoom one hour meeting may be added to review and curate the list for them. Additional investment: $200.00 Two Hours.

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING

A wedding party newsletter with a wedding weekend itinerary to be emailed to the wedding party and family.

Attend and assist the Officiant or church wedding coordinator to orchestrate ceremony rehearsal with the wedding party and family.

Gather items at the rehearsal to be set up on the wedding day – such as escort cards, ceremony programs, menu cards, table numbers/names, cake knife and server, toasting glasses, guest book, wedding favors, etc.

Coordinate logistics and timelines for the wedding party and the vendor team throughout the wedding day.

Set up of secondary décor such as ceremony programs, guest book, favors, escort cards, place cards, menus, table numbers, cake knife and server, and toasting glasses.

Instruct ushers on proper seating of guests and program distribution.

Greet guests and kindly direct them throughout the day.

Organize and execute the wedding party processional.

Cue the grand entrance, cake cutting, toasting ceremonies, first dance and parents’ dances.

Secure all personal items for the end of the reception – top layer of cake, toasting glasses, cake knife and server, as well as additional items brought to personalize the reception.

Assist a designated family member or friend on gift transfer.

Distribute final payment and gratuities to vendors.

Supply an emergency kit on-site the day of the event.

One lead consultant and one assistant will be present at the event.

(Hours and additional staffing depend on service and need determined)
