Real Weddings: Katie + Adam’s Redemptorist and Carriage Club Wedding

This wedding was so much fun and steeped in tradition. Katie’s grandparents were married in Redemptorist Catheral and the reception was held at The Carriage Club where Katie spent many childhood days. The couple also followed an old southern tradition and buried a bottle of bourbon in the spring close to the wedding site in hopes that the tempeture for the July wedding would be more like spring! IT WAS!! The high on their wedding day was only 82 which was so incredible for the month of June. Their appreciation of art led them to Dan Meiners who created light box centerpieces with a modern edge and tons of moss with floral. The colors were rich, deep and breathtaking. Their last dance song was Kung Foo Fighting and the band lead Katie and Adam out to their transportation while they did the dance! Epic, Beautiful, Fun and uniquely Katie & Adam!
