We were lucky to be a part of Sarah and Joe’s super fun wedding! It was an exciting time in Kansas City as the Kansas City Royals were embarking on post-season play for the first time in almost 30 years since their 1985 World Series win. The famous Plaza fountains were streaked with blue which was one their wedding colors so it was a perfect backdrop for some of their pictures. That evening, Game 2 of the American League Championship Series Games vs. Baltimore Orioles took place with another Royals win. The Bride’s Dad even was in a celebratory spirit sporting a Royals jersey and accompanied the band, Kokomo for a few songs on the guitar!
