We couldn’t resist bringing you a Valentine’s Day inspired shoot filled with all the things that makes a heart flutter with excitement! We collaborated with some of Kansas City’s finest wedding professionals to dream up a modern treat for everyone to enjoy.
The newly remodeled Mission Theatre in Mission, Kansas was the perfect backdrop to bring the romance up a notch with a beautifully curated Bridal Suite and updated finishings throughout the venue. Wild Hill Flowers + Events masterfully created some contemporary designs that were the perfect mix of boldness and poise. As the mix dessert trend continues, we couldn’t help but to find the perfect sweetness with macaroons from Au Bon Macaron. The place settings from UltraPom really made a statement with pairing golds and mauve and grounding each setting with a black charger. The sparkle from the sequin tablecloths was extra special as we layered two different colors to give some more dimension to the space — a perfect highlight for a couple’s sweetheart table. Now, our styling would not be completed without a complimentary invitation to tie the whole design together. Little Yellow Leaf brought the romanticism with the soft edges on the invitations and a bright envelope that is a standout!
